Collective Consciousness & World-Soul: From Ancient Sages, to Jung, to a Hyperdimension of Selfs

Abstract

The very ancient concepts of World Soul and Cosmic Consciousness view the world as a coherent Whole, a mind-matter system, a living and conscious organism. They are revisited in Jungian psychology and systems theory, yet they need to be also integrated in physics to explain psi and spiritual phenomena. This article argues that only via a hyperdimension can consciousness be integrated in physics and cosmology. It explores how the ISS theory – positing a sub-quantum hyperdimension (HD) of consciousness-energy – resonates with these ancient symbols, namely the Golden Spiral at the origin, and the HD’s 3 threads: cosmic consciousness (Syg-HD), hyperspace (Center-Circle-HD), and hypertime (Rhythm-Rotation-HD).
