How Nonlocal Is Consciousness?

Abstract

In this paper, we developed new scenario for propagation of consciousness. We argue that consciousness is nonlocal phenomenon and propagates with velocity v=1018c. in the aether This explained the ESP as the superluminal phenomenon.
