Scientific Framework for National Transformation

Abstract

Several thousand years ago, an Indian sage proclaimed that all cultures, no matter how great, rise and eventually decline, only to rise again, and India itself cannot be an exception to this natural law. In the early nineties, the author predicted the imminent rise of China and India in that order. Two decades later, evidence is mounting that the predictions were correct. The question this article poses is, how to accelerate the rise of India. As the paper explains, a scientific framework for external and internal excellence is the pathway for national transformation. The ideas and concepts may appear India-centric but they apply to all nations in the various stages of rise and decline.
