How Our Thinking Styles Affect What We Can Know About Consciousness
Abstract
This author contends that the scientific distinction between subjectivity and objectivity is a false dichotomy. In fact, they are interactive and influence each other. This is generally overlooked and dismissed by the scientific community due to what the author maintains is a certain “Style of Thinking.” Some styles of thinking cause elements of (verifiable) reality to be overlooked and dismissed as “impossible” or “invisible.”
