On Samapatti Again

Abstract

In this essay, I will attempt to explain Samapatti in more simple terms where Consciousness is accepted as a fundamental of reality. In my view, Consciousness from a scientific viewpoint, is being interpreted by its effects rather than as the thing in itself. The only way to know more of Consciousness is through Samadhi, most generally reached through the steps of Conccntration, Contemplation then Samadhi. The Vedas tell us that all experience through all time is retained within that fundamental and can be accessed through that Samadhi state and its application at the level of Mahat.
