A Philosophical Discourse on Consciousness as Viewed in a Cosmic Perspective

Abstract

This pseudo-scientific, metaphysical analysis makes a sharp distinction between the physical awareness of the ego mind and the spiritual awareness of the eternal self. It also relates the human consciousness as being part of a universal consciousness that guides the evolution of life in the cosmos. Relationships between the human spirit, mind, and body, as well as their interactions via thoughts, impulses, intuitions, emotions, and feelings, are discussed in detail. Human connections with a planetary collective consciousness and a cosmic superconscious are recognized. Arguments made in this paper are discussed in more detail in a new book by the author.[i]
